Meet our team

We have a small, solid team of individuals who all have profound experience in the health and social care sector. Many of us have a background in care ourselves – we know the issues that can arise in the field and we bring our experience with us in developing and delivering training.

Anne

Trainer / Assessor

Anne has been a trainer for over 21 years, specialising in Safeguarding, MCA/Dols and Manager Training. She is one of the regular trainers of our Induction training, so you will be bound to meet her if you join one of our training programmes.

Originally from London, Anne has lived in Herefordshire for nearly three and a half decades. She is well read and loves to spend time with her family or cooking up a three-course meal for friends and family. She is also an expert knitter – several office babies have been kept warm in home-made jumpers or hats!

Lesley

Quality Manager

As our Quality Manager, Lesley makes sure that all our training and courses meet the highest quality standards. She ensures that we always work in line with the latest legal, regulatory, and sector standards, and she supports our assessors and trainers in delivering high quality training.

When she is not at work, Lesley enjoys visiting cinema and theatre, walking the dog, swimming, or spending time with family and friends.

Lou

Trainer / Assessor

Lou started off as a carer with our sister company, Kemble at Home, before making the move to become a trainer. She is our First Aid specialist, and is the main trainer for our First Aid, Medication, and Moving and Handling courses.

Lou is a keen runner, likes to relax with crochet and enjoys walking her two dogs, a Cockapoo called Teddy and a German Shepperd called Bear.

Lucy

Administrator

As our Administrator, Lucy makes sure all our courses and learning programmes are well planned and running smoothly. She also maintains our network with partners in the field and ensures that our trainers have everything they need to be able to deliver the highest quality training.

Lucy’s enthusiastic Cocker Spaniel, Jazz, is a popular guest in the office. Not one to miss out on an opportunity for a cuddle, Jazz never fails to lift our spirits!

Mim

Trainer / Assessor

Mim is one of our Diploma and Apprenticeship Assessors, and she has helped many of our learners achieve their Level 2 or 3 qualification in Adult Care and functional skills (Math and English).

She likes to spend her weekends roaming the countryside on a long walk or spending time with family and friends – enjoying good food and maybe a glass of red wine. She can often be found in the kitchen with her daughter, trying out different recipes or baking goodies.

Sharon

Trainer / Assessor

Sharon is one of our Diploma and Apprenticeship Assessors, supporting our Apprentices to successfully complete their learning programme. She also assesses level 2 and 3 Diplomas and is a trainer on our Induction Week.

A keen amateur chef, she enjoys spending time with friends (where they carry out ‘Come Dine with Me’ evenings, preparing and enjoying extravagant meals at each other’s homes), and she can often be found taking her dogs out for long walks around the countryside.

Sylwia

Trainer / Assessor

Sylwia teaches our Skills for Care Leadership and Management courses, Lead to Succeed and Well-Led. She also specialises in safeguarding, MCA Dols, and is one of our Induction trainers.

Originally from Poland, Sylwia has lived in Herefordshire since 2006. In addition to being a trainer with us she is also a Life Coach, empowering people by helping them set and meet goals in both their personal and professional lives.
