Kemble Training established in 2014 is an independent training provider, dedicated to providing essential training aligned to the health and social care sector. We are a values-based organisation committed to providing high-quality, innovative training to meet individual and organisational needs.
We work throughout the West Midlands with registered care organisations as their preferred training provider of choice, to support the development and continual professional development, (CPD), of their workforce. In addition to health and social care specific qualifications and mandatory training, we also deliver accredited health and safety courses including: first aid, fire safety, food safety and COSHH.
Delivering high quality training and education is of the upmost importance to our organisation. Our internal quality process adhere to mandatory funding and awarding body quality processes and procedures. Trainers are monitored and observed against Ofsted standards. All courses are written to meet the Malcom Knowles principles of adult learning, using blended learning techniques to ensure maximum knowledge retention. We obtain feedback from attendees and stakeholders to continuously improve training.
We deliver fully accredited City & Guilds and Highfield courses from level 2 to level 5. These courses include short courses in specialisms such as Dementia Awareness as well as Health and Social Care Apprenticeships and Diplomas. We deliver a suite of mandatory training including Care Certificate, moving and handling, medication, first aid, as well as bespoke training to ensure that health and social care employees develop lasting competence and confidence within their role.
